Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sai Infotics ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing clarity on our refund and cancellation practices. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle your transactions and personal information.

Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases made with Sai Infotics, including those via our website or mobile application, are considered non-refundable. This policy applies to all products, services, and subscriptions offered by Sai Infotics.

  • No Refunds: Once a purchase is completed, no refund requests will be entertained, regardless of the circumstances.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation requests will not be accepted after a purchase has been made.
  • Disputes: Any dispute regarding the quality, performance, or delivery of a product or service should be addressed through appropriate channels (e.g., customer support, warranty claims) as refunds will not be granted.

Subscription Modifications

  • Changes: Changes to subscription plans or cancellations can only be made prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Unused Portions: No refunds will be issued for any remaining unused portion of a subscription.

Product and Service Defects

In the event of a product or service defect, customers are entitled to avail themselves of warranty claims or service repairs as outlined in the respective warranty or service agreement.

Payment Processing

We use Razorpay for processing payments within India and PayPal for international payments.

  • Collection of Payment Information: These payment processors may collect your payment information, such as credit card details. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
  • Privacy Policies:Privacy Policies: The use of your personal information by Razorpay and PayPal is governed by their respective privacy policies, which you should review.

Payment Confirmation Process

  1. Verification: Upon receiving a payment, Sai Infotics will verify the transaction and confirm payment details.
  2. Confirmation: A payment confirmation will be sent to the client via email or other agreed-upon communication methods.

Payment Failure

  1. Notification: In the event of a payment failure, the client will be notified immediately via email, followed by a phone call if required.
  2. Investigation and Rectification:
    • Sai Infotics will investigate the payment failure to identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues.
    • If the error is on the client's part (e.g., insufficient funds, incorrect account details), the client will be informed and requested to rectify the issue.
    • Clear instructions will be provided for necessary corrections.
  3. Debit Resolution:
    • If a client account has been erroneously debited, Sai Infotics will correct the error promptly.
    • The client will be refunded the debited amount within 5-7 business days from the identification of the issue.
    • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or a mutually agreed-upon alternative.
  4. Communication and Support:
    • Our customer support team will assist clients throughout the payment failure and resolution process.
    • Prompt and clear communication will be maintained, ensuring clients are informed about the progress of the investigation and resolution.
    • Documentation or evidence to support the refund process will be provided if necessary.
  5. Preventative Measures:
    • Sai Infotics will review incidents to identify weaknesses or opportunities for improvement in the payment processing system.
    • Measures will be implemented to prevent future payment failures and enhance the overall payment experience.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not eligible under any circumstances for services purchased by clients from Sai Infotics or any of its products, except in the following cases:

  • Payment Errors: If payment is deducted and the subscription or purchase is not confirmed or provided by Sai Infotics.
  • Erroneous Debit: If a client account is erroneously debited due to a payment failure, Sai Infotics will take immediate action to correct the error.

Cancellation Fees

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged in any circumstances.

Processing Time

Refunds for erroneous debits will be processed within 5-7 working days from the identification of the issue. This only applies to client accounts erroneously debited due to a payment failure.

Exceptions

In the event of a client's death within 24 hours of purchasing the product, Sai Infotics will provide a full refund upon receiving the necessary documentation, including a Death Certificate and a government-authorized Identification ID. The refund process may take approximately 15-20 working days from the identification of the issue.
